You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use SwiftQuantum IDE for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our services or other users.
Quantum circuits and simulations you create using SwiftQuantum IDE remain your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your content.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
SwiftQuantum IDE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Simulation results are approximations and should not be relied upon for production quantum hardware deployment without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftQuantum Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
